Data collected

We collect the information submitted through our forms: name, email, phone (optional), project type and message. Technical browsing and interaction data is also collected by the measurement tools described below.

Purpose

Form data is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and handle commercial follow-up. Measurement data helps us understand site traffic and campaign results. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as needed to process your request and manage the commercial relationship, then deleted on request.

Data hosting

Requests are stored securely in our CRM, with restricted access, and forwarded by email to our team.

Your rights

In accordance with law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@digy.ma. You may also contact the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

Cookies and analytics

Technical cookies support site functionality. Google Analytics measures visits and interactions with our pages. Measurement tools may use cookies and technical identifiers.

Advertising measurement: Meta, Google Ads and OpenAI

We use Meta, Google Ads and OpenAI tools to measure page views, contact clicks and requests received. WhatsApp clicks are measured separately: a click does not prove that a message was sent. These providers may receive technical browsing data and use cookies. OpenAI advanced matching may process contact details detected on the site after hashing them in the browser. Our OpenAI events request exclusion from advertising personalization. You can manage cookies in your browser and advertising preferences with each provider.
